When I became the head of the rice mill, I immediately understood it wouldn’t be easy. Four generations of my family had gradually transformed an old mill into a modern facility, able to process the finest types of Italian rice. And yet I felt there was still a lot more to do. Innovation and flexibility became my passwords, the key to progress. I immediately put them to the test in the production department, looking for the best technologies to process grains with unprecedented quality. But I didn’t stop there, because a model rice mill also has to evolve: it has to react to a changing market, satisfy its customers, and know how to transmit the quality of its products. It was the start of a new age, devoted to the enjoyment of excellence: Vignola Rice.
