Lungo B is a long grain “Indica” rice. Its long and pearlescent grains remain firm after cooking. Its main features are a low starch content during cooking and a low absorption capacity. Even after long cooking, the grains remain firm and separated, making it particularly suitable for rice salads or “pilaf” cooking.
